Delivery

When will I get my pack? Delivered within 3 months of your order at the latest. We email you when it ships.

Where do you deliver, and how much is shipping? We deliver to France, Senegal and Côte d'Ivoire. Delivery is included in the price.

Where do I give my address? On Stripe’s payment page, with a phone number for the carrier. To correct it before your pack ships, write to us.

What if it’s late? We tell you by email, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns

Can I return my pack? Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, with the withdrawal form, then 14 days to send the items back. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged or is not the one you ordered.

The size doesn’t fit. Write to us within 30 days of delivery: we exchange it if your size is available. See the size guide.

Payment

How do I pay? Online, when you order, by card, on Stripe’s secure page. We never see your card details.

In which currency do I pay? In euros, at the price shown on the pack’s page.

When am I refunded? Within 14 days, to the payment method you used.

The app

Does a pack give anything in the app? No. The app is free for everyone.
