"Support us" Terms

These terms apply when you subscribe to "Support us", the monthly support for AllProspects. They complete our Terms of Service.

1. Seller

Marwan Aliou Diallo, entrepreneur individuel, trading as AllProspects, 74 rue de Gergovie, 75014 Paris, France, SIREN 131 188 641, RCS Paris. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: hello@allprospects.app.

2. What you get

"Support us" is a voluntary monthly subscription that helps keep AllProspects free for everyone. It unlocks no feature and no content: the app works the same with or without it. Your account shows that you are a supporter, only to you, with the date of your next payment.

It is not a donation: it gives no right to a tax receipt.

3. Who can subscribe

You must be 18 or older and have an AllProspects account. The subscription is personal.

4. Price and payment

  • US$4.99 per month, the total amount you pay, shown before you confirm. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if your card isn't in US dollars.
  • You pay on our website, allprospects.app, through Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see your card details.
  • "Support us" is sold only on our website. In some countries the AllProspects app can show the offer and open our payment page; Apple or Google may then show an information screen first. The contract is always with us, never with Apple or Google.
  • The first payment is taken when you confirm. The subscription then renews automatically every month on the same date until you stop it.
  • We send a receipt by email after each payment.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a few days; if it still fails, the subscription ends.

5. Stopping

  • You can stop at any time: in the app (Upgrade › Support us › Stop monthly support), on allprospects.app/support-us/manage, or with the link in your receipt email. Stopping takes a few clicks and doesn't require you to give a reason.
  • When you stop, no further payment is taken. Your supporter status stays until the end of the month already paid. We don't refund the current month, except under section 6.
  • If you delete your AllProspects account, the subscription stops at the same time.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of your first payment, without giving a reason, and we refund that payment in full within 14 days, using the same payment method. Write to hello@allprospects.app ("Withdrawal", with the email of your account) or use this model:

To Marwan Aliou Diallo EI (AllProspects), 74 rue de Gergovie, 75014 Paris, France, hello@allprospects.app: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the "Support us" subscription, first paid on (date of the first payment). Name — email of the account — date.

7. Changes of price

If we change the price, we tell you by email and in the app at least 30 days before it applies to you. If you don't agree, you can stop before the new price applies; nothing more is charged.

8. Complaints and mediation

Write to hello@allprospects.app; we answer within 7 days. If you are a consumer and we couldn't solve the problem, you can refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator named in our Legal notice, within one year of your written complaint to us.

9. Law

French law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
